WHEN CAN I CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check-in:  from 3.00 pm for the Hotel, from 5pm for the Residence
Check out: 10:00 a.m.

Before the check in and after the check out you may leave you suitcases in our free deposit. We kindly ask you to call us if you already know you will arrive or leave at different hours from those specified above.

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, Amex.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

In general these are our conditions for cancellation. We kindly ask you however to carefully check the terms and conditions of cancellation when booking:

Hotel:

In line with European laws, in case of a cancellation very close to the arrival date, the following fines will be charged:

  • 0% within 15 days from arrival
  • 50% from 14 ai 3 days before arrivals
  • 100% within 2 gg. days from arrival or in case of no-show?

 

On request, if you want to protect yourself in case of illness or other serious impediment that does not allow you to take your holiday, we can offer you insurance at the price of 7,00€ a day for each room.
For further information, ask our staff.

 
Apartments and Villas:
  • 10% within 45 days from arrival
  • 30% between 44 and 29 days from arrival
  • 45% between 28 and 15 days from arrival
  • 60 % between 14 and 8 days from arrival
  • 90% within 7 days from arrival

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

There is a free outdoor parking at the hotel.

CAN I USE INTERNET?

Yes, there is free wi-fi in all the rooms, apartments and villas of the Resort.

CAN WE ORGANIZE TRIPS AND EXCURSIONS?

Yes, our staff will be happy to help you organize your excursions or mountain bike rides. We will also help you organize guided tours to Florence or other cities in Tuscany such as Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and so on.
