Il Frantoio 1 (the oil mill) is a typical Tuscan detached house built with natural stone, in a quiet and exclusive position. It has a private pool (8x4) with sun umbrellas and beds, a private 200 m2 garden and a 20 m2 porch with table and chairs.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace, a bathroom, a double room with a private bathroom and shower. On the first floor there are two double rooms and a bathroom with a shower
