From November until Epiphany, Monsignor della Casa Country Resort & Spa hosts Tasting in Tuscany: new oil tasting on Saturday afternoon. It is the occasion to introduce our guests to the specialities of local olive growers.

You will learn a lot about the organoleptic characteristics of a selection of extra virgin olive oils, fresh from the mills.
Some of the most important farms of the territory introduce their products that they sell at farm prices.
