New local oil, wine and cheeses

From November until Epiphany, Monsignor della Casa Country Resort & Spa hosts new oil tasting on Saturday afternoon. It is the occasion to introduce our guests to the specialities of local olive growers.

You will learn a lot about the organoleptic characteristics of a selection of extra virgin olive oils, fresh from the mills.
Some of the most important farms of the territory introduce their products that they sell at farm prices. What makes these farms different from others and brings them together is that they comply with a biological philosophy, along with a production process that enables them to obtain maximum valorization of the product thanks to the harvest and pressing that are done on the same da
